Grace E. Lee

Grace E. Lee is a Design Director with an MBA, known for their creative leadership and commitment to equity. They have extensive experience at Nike, where they held various roles from Senior Manager of Women’s Footwear Materials to interim Materials Design Director for Kids, and contributed significantly to the Women’s Air Max franchise. Grace began their career with internships at notable companies including Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, and The Donna Karan Company, where they refined their skills in design and collaboration. Currently, Grace is pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design.
