Grace Zou

Grace Zou is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently leading these initiatives at Nike. With previous roles at Morgan McKinley, where they served as Associate Director and Senior Manager, Grace has developed expertise in consumer and retail recruitment across various industries, including luxury, tech, and FMCG. Grace also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Macau and has furthered their education with certificates from the National University of Singapore and an exchange program at the University of Michigan.
