Director, Future Performance Cushioning Innovation at Nike

Gregory Scott, M.S., PMP, currently serves as the Director of Future Performance Cushioning Innovation at Nike, where a team develops advanced footwear cushioning solutions to enhance athlete performance. Previous roles at Nike include Engineering Director for Footwear Innovation, leading the Cushioning Systems Integration team, and various engineering positions focusing on project management and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for footwear products. Prior to joining Nike, Gregory Scott worked at John Deere as a Dynamic Simulation Engineer and Vehicle Test Engineer, contributing to vehicle performance analysis and testing. Gregory Scott holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa. As a founding member of the Diversity Advisory Committee for the Advance Innovation Collective, efforts have focused on promoting equitable initiatives for underrepresented groups.
