Heidi Swift

Heidi Swift is a seasoned professional in design operations and management with extensive experience at Nike, where roles include Senior Director, Global Design Operations and Chief of Staff to the VP of Nike Footwear Design. With a strong background in strategic initiatives and team leadership, Heidi has overseen significant growth in design teams, facilitating creative innovation across multiple studios. Prior to Nike, Heidi founded Swift Plus Creative, a consultancy focused on industrial design and UX/UI, and served as a columnist for The Oregonian. Additional experience includes marketing management at Jive Software and creative management at McCann, showcasing a rich blend of creative and operational expertise. Heidi holds a BA in Sociology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Seattle University.
