Iris J. has diverse experience across various roles in fashion, human resources, and community service. As a Showroom Assistant at WAVE showroom, Iris engaged with customers and facilitated orders during Shanghai Fashion Week. In a leadership position as Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Iris organized community service initiatives that earned public commendations. Other experiences include roles as a Sales Assistant at Selfridges, a Human Resources Intern and Training Specialist at 迪安诊断技术集团股份有限公司, and a Broadcaster at Hefei Technology College.
