Jacob Smith is an engineering leader and software engineer with a strong background in developing innovative products and leading resilient teams. They co-founded Nightery and served as its CTO from 2021 to 2023, following a successful tenure as Lead Software Engineer at Nielsen from 2015 to 2021. Previously, Jacob held positions at several companies, including Vizu, where they were a Senior Software Engineer from 2006 to 2012, and at Digitas North America and Agency.com as a Web Developer and Senior Web Developer, respectively. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services at Oregon State University while working as a Lead Software Engineer at Nike.
