Jake Saunders

Jake Saunders is an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a focus on global technology, currently at Nike since December 2021. Prior to Nike, Jake held technical recruiting positions at Facebook, where sourcing and recruiting top talent for Production Engineering was a key responsibility, and at Google, where product managers were recruited for the Consumer & Cloud Product teams. Earlier experience includes work as a Channels Specialist at Google, providing a pipeline of diverse talent, and a full life cycle recruiter at TEKsystems for government and commercial clients. Jake began a career in real estate as an Inside Sales Associate at Redux Realty. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from West Virginia University, complemented by minors in Business, Communications, and History.
