Jeff Rich

Jeff Rich is an accomplished leader in enterprise architecture and platform engineering, recognized for pioneering AI-enabled "Architecture as Code" and steering global ERP and PLM transformations. They began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Safeco Insurance before advancing to significant roles at Nike, including Engineering Manager and Director of Enterprise Architecture. At Nike, Jeff directed technology transformations that integrated wholesale and digital operations, contributing to multi-million dollar savings and efficiencies. Jeff holds a BA in Business Information Systems from Utah State University, where they also minored in Spanish.
