Jerm is an experienced operations and product management professional with a substantial tenure at Nike since 2005, currently serving as Operations Director for North America, focused on digital commerce. Jerm has held multiple roles at Nike, including managing app operations and merchandising, as well as leading retail buying teams for various sports products. Prior experiences include roles at Caterpillar Inc. as a consultant and cooperative education student, where Jerm developed data mapping tools and conducted market research. Jerm also owns Love Thy Neighbor Notary, a non-profit in Oregon, and serves as an ordained minister for the Universal Life Church. Jerm holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
