Jim Stevenson

Jim Stevenson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in program management and product innovation. Currently serving as Capabilities Development Director at Nike since October 2017, Jim leads engineering programs focused on advanced footwear manufacturing processes. Previously, Jim held positions as Director of Engineering Program Management Office and Engineering Program Director at Nike, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and collaborating on innovative product strategies. Prior experience includes senior roles at Microsoft, where Jim directed the development of the Surface Hub device, and various engineering management positions at Xerox, focusing on printhead technology. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and multiple MBA degrees from Portland State University and Stanford University.
