John Botts

John Botts is currently the Tooling Director at Nike, overseeing in-house tooling operations. With extensive experience in lean manufacturing, they have played key roles in transforming job shops into production facilities at various organizations including FMC Technologies and Schilling Robotics. John studied TPS in Japan and has continually developed their skills through management and conflict resolution training via the AMA. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2015.
