Senior Director, Global Brand Creative Production

John Radaza is the Nike Global Head of Production, specializing in brand strategy, creative production, and direction. They began their career at The Cimarron Group, producing film key-art for notable clients including Warner Bros. and HBO Films, before moving to TBWA\Chiat\Day as a Senior Project Manager. At GALLEGOS United, John led the development of project management and creative resourcing, contributing to significant agency growth. John has also held senior positions at Wieden + Kennedy and Rivian, focusing on creative production and collaboration efforts. Currently, John is pursuing a BA in Creative Writing from California State University-Long Beach and a certificate in Design Communication Arts from UCLA.
