Joseph Plaster, MBA, is a first-generation college graduate who earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Willamette University. Joseph has served as the Director of Digital Media for the Willamette Men's Soccer Team and held various marketing roles, including Lead in Sport Jordan Retail Marketing at Nike. They have also contributed to community-focused projects and educational initiatives, such as working as an MBA consultant for Salem Health. In their leisure time, Joseph enjoys thrift shopping, playing soccer, and cheering for the Las Vegas Raiders and Arsenal FC.
