Joshua Simko

Joshua Simko is the VP, Corporate Governance & Securities Counsel at Nike. Joshua was previously an Associate Attorney at Tonkon Torp LLP from August 2003 to June 2010, where they worked on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, general corporate law, and SEC reporting.

Joshua Simko received a Juris Doctor (JD) from Duke University School of Law, cum laude. Joshua also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature from Duke University, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Westmont College.
