Julio Chavez

Julio Chavez is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent companies. Since April 2014, Julio has been with Nike, progressing through various titles including Director Head Coach and Senior Head Coach, focusing on operations and team development. Prior to Nike, Julio served as General Store Manager at TJX from April 2012 to April 2014 and held multiple managerial positions at Best Buy from August 2004 to April 2012, culminating in General Manager. Throughout this career, Julio has demonstrated expertise in P&L accountability, staff development, and operational efficiency, leading teams of over 120 associates and fostering collaborative work environments. Julio holds a degree from The City College of New York and a Regents Diploma from Queens Vocational & Technical High School.
