Kaitesi Munroe is a purpose-driven leader in government and public affairs, currently serving as a Government and Public Affairs Principal at Nike. Previously, Kaitesi worked as the Director of Global Public Affairs at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and a Principal at Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies, where they represented notable clients and navigated complex political landscapes. Their experience also includes roles as a Government Affairs & Social Impact Associate at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. and a Legislative Analyst at the New York State Assembly, where they designed a legislative framework for Daily Fantasy Sports. Kaitesi co-founded the New York State Caucus Young Professionals, significantly contributing to networking initiatives within the political community.
