Kara Durham

Kara Durham is a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with an MBA and a strong background in program, portfolio, and operational excellence. They have extensive experience in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives, particularly at Nike, where they held multiple leadership roles such as Portfolio Manager and Lead Business Integration Manager. Kara began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at OSU Student Health Services and later worked as a Graphic Designer at Fiction before transitioning to roles in supply chain and product operations at Nike. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette while continuing to empower teams and optimize business processes.
