Katie Stringer

Katie Stringer is a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner currently serving as the Sr HRBP Strategy & Transformation at Nike. With extensive experience in talent management and learning and development, Katie has held various leadership roles at Nike, including Senior Director of Talent Management for Global Operations, Technology, and Corporate Functions. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Training Manager at Carphone Warehouse and was a Human Resources Consultant at Katie Stringer Consultancy. Katie also serves on the Board of Directors for Chess for Success, contributing valuable insights to the organization. They earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
