Katy Shaw is the Director of Marketplace Supply Chain at Dick's Sporting Goods, where they lead initiatives focused on sustainable operations and innovative supply chain solutions. Currently, at Nike, they oversee a 20-person team dedicated to optimizing order management and inventory flow for retail stores across the U.S. Shaw completed an MBA with a Sustainability Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and History from Bowdoin College. Their previous experience includes roles at Deloitte and involvement in political campaigns, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
