Larissa Herbert

Larissa Herbert is an equity advocate and diversity and inclusion program manager with a focus on early career recruitment and event strategy. They have held various roles in talent acquisition, including at SAS, where they revamped hiring processes and maintained high communication standards, and at Red Hat, where they led a recruitment team that achieved significant increases in intern hires. Currently, Larissa is a Lead Recruiter for University Relations at Nike, driving recruitment strategies targeting diverse communities. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
