LaShãda DiCosmo possesses extensive experience in senior marketing leadership roles, particularly in brand marketing within the sports and consumer goods sectors. At Nike, LaShãda served as Sr. Director for Women's Sports Brand Marketing in North America, overseeing strategic initiatives for Women's Basketball, Soccer, and Tennis. In an interim role as Sr. Director of Women's Running & Fitness Brand Marketing, LaShãda led key program launches, including preparations for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Previous positions at EY FABERNOVEL, PepsiCo, Unilever, and L'Oréal USA demonstrate a strong background in digital marketing and eCommerce strategy. LaShãda holds an MBA from the Fashion Institute of Technology and is pursuing a degree in the Business of Entertainment Media and Sports from Harvard Business School.
