Leonie Weber

Leonie Weber has extensive experience in product management and supply chain technology, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management - Distribution at Nike from January 2017 to August 2024. Weber also held positions as Senior Director of Strategic Operations Capabilities EMEA and Senior Director of Supply Chain Technology Europe, overseeing all IT solutions in Supply Chain and Logistics for Nike in EMEA. Prior to Nike, Weber was the Director of Global Digital & Technology Supply Chain at The HEINEKEN Company and the Global Head of IT Products and Projects at Damco, responsible for the total cost of ownership, sourcing, development, and roadmap of global IT systems. Weber has a strong academic background with an MBA in Business & IT from Nyenrode Business University and a degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
