Lesley Leib is a Senior Director in Nike Value Stores Planning, with an extensive career in merchandise planning and allocation. They previously held various planning roles at American Eagle Outfitters, including Merchandise Planner for aerie Flirty Undies and Associate Merchandise Planner for aerie Swim and Beauty. Lesley began their professional journey with an internship at American Eagle and served as a USAC Ambassador during their time at the University of Mount Union, where they earned a degree in International Business and Economics. In addition to their current role at Nike, they have held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Nike Direct Planning for Women's Footwear.
