Lexi Mello is currently the Head Coach at Nike, showcasing a determined and goal-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Previously, Lexi held various roles, including Store Manager at ANN INC and Assistant Manager at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, where they successfully led teams and improved operational standards. Lexi also gained experience as a Department Manager at Old Navy and completed an internship at Fidelity Investments, where they applied analytical skills and delivered formal presentations. Lexi is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Merrimack College.
