Lisa Wardle

Lisa Wardle serves as the Director of Executive Leadership & Development at NIKE, Inc. since 2016, previously holding the position of Director, Talent at Converse. Wardle's consulting experience includes a role as Principal Consultant at The RBL Group and earlier as an Organization Development/Leadership Development Consultant. Prior experience includes Managing Director at Duke Corporate Education, HR Planning, Implementation and Organizational Development Manager for the Athens 2004 Summer Olympic Games, and Transition and Retention Manager for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002. Lisa also directed the Executive Education Negotiation Program at Columbia University and worked as an Organizational Design Business Analyst at Franklin Covey Company. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business Management from Brigham Young University.
