Lone Koch

Lone Koch possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Executive People Partner to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer at the LEGO Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lone held the position of Senior Director of HR at Danfoss Power Solutions, where responsibilities spanned from August 2017 to November 2024. Earlier in career history, Lone worked at KPMG as a Principal Advisor from February 2008 to June 2012 and at IBM as both an Internal Leadership Consultant and Managing Consultant from June 2004 to June 2005. Current commitments also include serving as Organisational Capability and Development Director and Strategic Planning Director at Nike since July 2012. With a Master's degree in HRM obtained from the University of Portsmouth (2001-2003), Lone Koch combines strategic insight with a robust background in HR leadership.
