Luis Nava is a seasoned executive in the footwear and apparel industry, currently serving as Vice President of Footwear Supply Chain at Nike, where oversight of manufacturing and sourcing operations is central. Previously, Luis held the role of Vice President for Apparel and Accessories Manufacturing at Nike, managing global factory networks and driving sustainability objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Global Sourcing & Manufacturing at Converse, leading comprehensive sourcing and manufacturing functions. Earlier roles at Converse also involved steering operations strategy and creating a multi-year supply chain strategy. Luis began their career at Brooks Brothers as Director of Operations and gained extensive consulting experience at Kurt Salmon. Educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
