Lyra Elder

Lyra Elder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, marketing, and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Experience Design at Nike since January 2022, Lyra is dedicated to aligning the internal employee experience with the external brand vision. Prior to Nike, Lyra held the position of Senior Account Director at Ziba Design, contributing to the creation of iconic products and industry innovations. As an Independent Business Consultant, Lyra facilitated design sprints and business development initiatives. Additional roles include Director of Customer Success at Opal, where responsibilities included defining professional service packages and customer onboarding, and Director of Account Services at XPLANE, focusing on strategic communications and organizational change. Early career experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Northwest Strategies. Lyra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business and Marketing Strategy from California State University-Long Beach.
