Madison Nasteff

Madison Nasteff is currently a Senior Cost Engineer at Nike, where they bridge the gap between finance and engineering teams to innovate Nike Air products. They previously served as a Design Engineer at Nike and have held various roles, including a Product Development Intern at SportStar USA and a Continuous Improvement Student Support at Kellogg Company. In addition to their engineering career, Madison is the Head Cross Country Coach at Central Catholic High School, where they mentor student-athletes and promote a positive team environment. Madison is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Design at Rice University.
