Malia Smith

Malia Smith is a highly experienced Sustainable Product Operations Manager at Nike, where responsibilities include supporting teams in delivering sustainable products aligned with corporate commitments in areas such as carbon, waste, and labor targets. Malia has a strong background in project coordination, having developed and executed critical seasonal processes for Creative Launch, while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders in design and prototyping. Additional roles at Nike include Executive Assistant, where Malia provided high-level administrative support to VPs and facilitated communication across departments, as well as various stretch assignments focused on color standards and design. Prior to Nike, Malia worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Suffolk University and The Art Institutes.
