Michael Chon

Michael Chon is a Lead Software Engineer at Nike, where they are involved in the creation of the Cloud Governance program and implement cloud security controls using Cloud Custodian, Python, and AWS. Previously, Michael worked as a Data Scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton and held various roles in software engineering, including positions at Capital One and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgetown University. They possess certifications in cloud security and privacy, and are actively mentoring interns in cloud infrastructure security. Michael also has experience in management from their time at JJD Service Corp.
