Mike Chen

Mike Chen is a finance leader with over 20 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Controlling, M&A, Strategy, and Operations. Currently serving as Finance Director for Global Express Lane at Nike, Chen drives responsiveness strategies and partners with leadership to shape financial targets. Previously, they held various director-level positions within Nike, managing diverse teams across multiple regions and contributing to significant marketplace initiatives. Chen's earlier experience includes roles at PwC, where they led M&A projects and financial audits for a variety of clients in different industries. Chen earned a BA in Accounting and International Economics from the University of Oregon and studied Chinese language and culture at Minzu University of China.
