Mike Leighty

Mike Leighty, MBA, is a dedicated and innovative product and operations leader with a strong background in customer experience, operations, and change management. Currently, Mike serves as the Director of Scaled Analytics at Nike and is the Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and Director of Operations at Bay Light Farm, LLC, as well as Co-Founder, President, and Executive Director at Oregon Horse Haven. Mike holds an MBA in International Business and Sports Management from Saint Mary's College of California. Previously, Mike has gained experience at renowned companies such as Adobe and Cisco, contributing to diverse and fast-paced technical environments.
