Mina Stricklin is a seasoned legal professional with over fifteen years of experience as in-house counsel for Fortune 50 companies, currently serving as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel for Design Patents at Nike since June 2014. Prior to this role, Mina held multiple positions at Nike, including Assistant General Counsel for both Design Patents and Intellectual Property. From June 1998 to June 2014, Mina was Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property in Global Oral Care at Procter & Gamble. Areas of expertise include patent (utility and design), trademark, trade secret, copyright, licensing, and advertising, alongside providing comprehensive legal counsel on global patent procurement and enforcement, IP strategy, and complex agreements. Additionally, Mina served as President of the Ault Park Advisory Council from 2007 to 2013.
