Mindy Redifer

Mindy Redifer is the Development Operations Lead at Nike, where they focus on color development, risk assessments, and process enhancement. Previously, they held various roles at Adidas Group, including Global Samples Manager and Brand Sourcing Analyst, where they managed sample orders and supplier collaborations. Mindy began their career as an Apparel Coordinator at Yamaha Motor Corporation, overseeing the design and production of riding gear and casual sportswear. They completed a BA in Sociology from the University of Southern California and are currently pursuing a degree in Apparel Manufacturing at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. Additionally, they have experience coaching gymnastics and cheerleading.
