Miren Bailey

Miren Bailey, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse background in human resources and recruitment, highlighted by experiences in various educational and corporate environments. Miren's career began as a Research Assistant at the University of Stirling, followed by roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Office Manager at Social Care Alba. Miren advanced to the Recruitment Coordinator and Senior Recruitment Coordinator positions at Heriot-Watt University, demonstrating a solid growth in recruitment expertise. Recently, Miren took on the roles of Talent Solutions Coordinator and Senior TA & HR Operations Coordinator at Nike.
