Noemi Marchetti

Noemi Marchetti is currently the Head Coach at Nike, where they manage and coordinate a team of 25-30 individuals while implementing sales strategies to achieve store revenue targets. Previously, Noemi served as a Senior Store Manager at Geox from 2019 to 2023, overseeing multiple stores and ensuring compliance with company regulations. They also owned and managed a bar, Gran Caffe' NoGi, from 2006 to 2010, where they handled all business operations and staff training. Noemi holds a High School Diploma in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Liceo Linguistico Alessandro Manzoni.
