They have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and have worked on a variety of projects, including implantable orthopedic devices and advanced footwear technologies at companies such as Nike, Acumed, and Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Pat's role at Nike involves advancing product vision and sustainability initiatives while managing diverse engineering teams. They earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, completing their degree in 2009.
