Patrice Thramer

Patrice Thramer is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience at Nike, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Community Employee Engagement. In this role, Patrice leads initiatives that enhance community impact and employee engagement across Nike's global hubs and key consumer markets. Previously, Patrice held the position of Global Director of Community Impact, managing an international team focused on community investment and engagement strategies. Earlier career experiences include roles as President at Gen7 Resources, Director of Marketing at Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, and VP of Product Marketing at RYKA, Inc. Patrice began the career at Nike in various marketing and management positions from 1982 to 1993, after which experience at adidas as Director of Global Branding for Women's followed. Education includes an MBA in Sustainable Business from Bainbridge Graduate Institute.
