Patrick Williams is a catalyst leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation. They worked at Jacobs Engineering as a Senior Engineer from 2006 to 2010, and prior to that, held the position of Industrial Engineer at Springs Industries from 1997 to 1999. As a Manager and Research Engineer at System Planning Corporation (DARPA) from 2001 to 2006, they honed their expertise in research management. From 2014 to 2017, they served as Director of Material Science Innovation at Nike, and since 2017, they have been the Director of NXT Materials within Nike's Explore Team, focusing on sustainable performance and advanced manufacturing. Patrick holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BS from Georgia Institute of Technology.
