Phil B.

Phil B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate learning and leadership development. Currently serving as Director of Global Corporate Learning & Leadership Development at Nike since October 2018, Phil B. has held various key roles including Director and Manager focused on leadership and talent development. Prior to Nike, Phil B. worked at Azusa Pacific University from August 2008 to October 2018, where responsibilities included Executive Director and Adjunct Professor, teaching courses on conflict management and mediation, and specializing in conflict resolution and workplace communication. Phil B. holds a Master’s degree in Leadership Development and a Bachelor's degree in Business, both from Azusa Pacific University.
