Phil McCartney

Phil McCartney is the Vice President & General Manager of the Nike Footwear category. Phil was promoted into this role in 2016. He has spent more than 20 years with Nike across a variety of geographies and categories, and in his current role he works with category teams, product development, design, and merchandising across the organization.
