R. Danielle Bailey is a Senior Director of Global New Commerce and Pure Plays at Nike, specializing in social commerce, influencer commerce, and XR (AR/VR) commerce. Previously, Danielle led the expansion of digital performance benchmarking at L2, co-authoring over 30 studies and focusing on digital strategies across the APAC region. With a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern, Danielle has also served as a guest lecturer and speaker, sharing expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce. Prior to L2, Danielle managed award-winning mobile initiatives for major media clients, including NBC Universal and The New York Times Company.
