Rafael Moya

Rafael Moya is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and loss prevention management across various industries. From 1994 to 2001, Moya served as Sales Manager at The Home Depot México, overseeing sales floor operations and associate development. Following that, a tenure as Store Director at La Plataforma para la Construccion from 2001 to 2005 included responsibility for store operations and budget management. From 2006 to 2009, Moya worked as National Operation Manager at Kronoswiss, focusing on laminate flooring sales and warehouse implementation. Subsequent experience as National Loss Prevention and Safety Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2009 to 2015 involved designing and executing loss prevention programs.
