Ravikumar Guruswamy

Ravikumar Guruswamy is an accomplished leader in manufacturing and engineering with extensive experience in the footwear and semiconductor industries. As Vice President of Global Footwear Manufacturing at Nike since October 2019, Ravikumar has spearheaded strategic partnerships and operational performance across Asia, Europe, and South America. Previous roles at Nike include Vice President & General Manager of Nike Taiwan Footwear Manufacturing, where Ravikumar led value chain initiatives and advanced manufacturing automation, and Senior Director of Regional Footwear Cost Engineering & Standards, focusing on cost optimization strategies. Prior to Nike, Ravikumar held management positions at ON Semiconductor, overseeing production control and industrial engineering projects. Beginning a career at Britannia Industries, Ravikumar laid a strong technical foundation with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Anna University Chennai and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
