Rinki Sinha

Rinki Sinha is a Senior Agile Coach at Nike, where they leverage their extensive experience in the sporting goods industry. With a strong background in coaching, team building, and high-performance teams, Rinki has previously held leadership roles at Capgemini, IBM Global Business Services, and HP. They completed an Executive Education focused on Developing Emerging Leaders at INSEAD and hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Business Management from the University of Calcutta, where they graduated with the third rank in their cohort.
