Rob Reekmans

Rob Reekmans is an experienced professional with a robust background in IT and logistics, currently serving in multiple director roles at Nike since June 2007. In positions such as Director of Nike Logistics Lean System and EMEA Operations Director Transition Management & Way of Working, Rob leads a team of 40 IT professionals, overseeing the implementation of solutions to support the Logistics function across the EMEA region. With a strong focus on agile transformation, Rob has been instrumental in guiding approximately 100 IT professionals through a “Scaling Agile” journey using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Previous roles include Senior Software Consultant at Xplore and Software Consultant at Cronos, emphasizing expertise in software development and user requirements analysis. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Hogeschool PXL.
