Roland Young is currently an Assistant Head Coach at Nike, where they focus on team development and enhancing consumer experiences. They previously served as a Store Leader at PetSmart from 2010 to 2016 and spent over a decade as a Store Manager at Finish Line from 1999 to 2010.
