Ryan Clover

Ryan Clover is a seasoned professional in footwear prototyping and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Prototyping at Nike's Bowerman Footwear Lab since August 2012. In this role, Ryan leads a product creation team specializing in various aspects of footwear design and prototyping. Previous positions at Nike include Category Director for local development and manufacturing in Vietnam, and various engineering roles focusing on performance footwear, including Nike Basketball. Ryan has also contributed significantly as a Footwear Development Engineer at Nike IHM, overseeing the L4L basketball program and utilizing Lean principles for product commercialization. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Composite Materials Engineering from Winona State University, completed in 2003.
