Ryan K.

Ryan K. is the Employee Experience and Engagement Director at Nike, where they focus on enhancing communications, employee sensing, and physical spaces to create world-class experiences for employees globally. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Nike, including Senior Project Manager for significant global projects and Marketing Director for Nike Brand Marketing. Ryan's career began at Providence Health & Services, where they worked in roles such as Clerk and Analyst from 1996 to 2008. Ryan is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Information Sciences and Technology with a minor in Organizational Leadership at Penn State University and studying Computer Science at the University of Oregon, having achieved Magna Cum Laude honors.
